How soon will I get the quotation?
Simple items with clear specifications are usually quoted quickly. System quotations that need sizing, layout or a site visit take longer, and we will tell you what to expect when we acknowledge your enquiry.
I do not know the exact model. Can I still ask?
Yes. Describe the problem and send photos; working out the right product is part of our job.
Do your quotes include GST and freight?
Our quotations state prices, GST, freight, packing and delivery terms separately so there are no surprises. Ask if you need prices on a particular basis such as delivered to site.
Can you quote against our purchase specification?
Yes. Attach your specification or data sheet and we will quote against it, noting any deviations clearly.
