Our customers are mostly heavy-industry plants in the Raigarh–Korba and Jharsuguda–Angul belts. The problems repeat across sites, but the right solution depends on the material, the plant layout and the water and power available.

Steel and sponge iron plants
Sponge iron kilns, raw-material yards and transfer points generate heavy fugitive dust, and hot zones need controlled cooling. Plants also run large numbers of pumps, fans and conveyors that benefit from better drives and instruments.
Typical problems: dust at crusher and junction houses, stockpile dust in wind, nozzle clogging with recycled water, frequent motor trips.
What we supply:
- Industrial spray nozzles and air atomizing nozzles for transfer points and gas cooling
- Dust-suppression cannons for yards and stockpiles
- VFDs and control panels for fans, pumps and conveyors
- Centrifugal pumps for cooling-water circuits
Thermal power stations
Coal handling plants, ash ponds and cable galleries are the main pressure points. Dust and fire risk go together in coal-handling areas, and water and flow measurement matter across the cycle.
Typical problems: coal dust at wagon tipplers and conveyors, dry ash dust, fire risk in cable galleries, unmeasured water use.
What we supply:
- Mist and fog nozzles and misting systems for conveyors and tipplers
- Fire suppression systems and UHP fire-fighting equipment
- Flow meters, pressure transducers and level transmitters
- Capacitor and APFC panels
Coal mining and washeries
Open-cast mines and washeries deal with haul-road dust, crusher dust, pit dewatering and water supply for camps and plant.
Typical problems: road dust from dumpers, dust at feeder breakers and crushers, flooding of pits, unreliable borewell supply.
What we supply:
- Dust-suppression cannons for haul roads and stockpiles
- Spray nozzles for crushers and conveyors
- Submersible pumps for dewatering
- Borewell and mining equipment
Aluminium and smelters
Smelters need fine dust and heat control without wetting process areas, plus regular high-pressure cleaning of equipment and accurate instrumentation in utilities.
Typical problems: fine dust in material handling, heat stress in work areas, fouled heat exchangers, compressed-air quality.
What we supply:
Cement plants
Cement plants generate dust from limestone crushing to clinker and cement handling, and use spray nozzles inside the process for gas conditioning.
Typical problems: crusher and stacker dust, clinker transfer dust, worn conditioning nozzles, energy use on large fans.
What we supply:
- Spray nozzles for crushers and conditioning towers
- Dust-suppression cannons for stockpiles
- VFDs and PLCs for fan and conveyor control
- CNC-machined spares to drawing
Railways and wagon loading
Railway sidings and loading points face dust during loading and need efficient cleaning of wagons and rakes.
Typical problems: dust at silo and pay-loader loading, residual material in wagons, high water use in cleaning.
What we supply:
Municipal bodies and utilities
Municipal and utility customers need reliable water supply, sewer maintenance and lower water wastage in public buildings.
Typical problems: blocked sewer lines, low pressure in buildings, tap wastage, unmonitored tank and borewell levels.
What we supply:
Agriculture and farms
Farms, nurseries, plantations and plant green belts need efficient irrigation, and aquaculture ponds need aeration.
Typical problems: uneven watering, labour-heavy irrigation, high pumping cost, low dissolved oxygen in ponds.
What we supply:
- Drip and sprinkler irrigation products
- Irrigation automation and solenoid valves
- Paddle-wheel aerators
- Solar power for pumping
Frequently asked questions
Straight answers to the questions plant teams ask us most.
Our industry is not listed. Can you still help?
Very likely. Food processing, chemical, commercial buildings and many others use the same nozzles, pumps and instruments. Describe the application and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Which dust control method suits a coal or ore stockpile?
Large open stockpiles usually need dust-suppression cannons or a ring of sprinklers, while enclosed transfer points suit fixed nozzles or dry fog. The choice depends on pile size, wind, water availability and how much moisture the material can take.
Can the same water-based system handle dust and fire risk?
They are designed differently. Dust suppression aims for coverage at low water use, while fire suppression is designed to a fire protection standard. We can supply both and advise how they sit together in a coal handling area.
Do you work with plant EPC contractors?
Yes. We can quote to contractor specifications and supply for packages handled by EPC or maintenance contractors, as well as directly to the plant.
Can you support plant shutdown work?
Planned shutdowns need materials ready in advance. Share your shutdown list and dates early, and we will confirm what can be supplied in time and what needs a longer lead.
