Ordering & quotes

How do I place an enquiry?

Use the request-a-quote form, WhatsApp +91 92010 87778, or email contact@ekasynergy.com. Include the application, quantities and any photos or specifications.

What payment terms do you work on?

Terms are stated on each quotation. Typically this is advance or part-advance for new customers, and as agreed on the purchase order for approved accounts.

Do you issue GST invoices?

Yes, all supplies are billed with a GST invoice. Share your GSTIN and billing and shipping addresses with the purchase order.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Most items have no fixed minimum, though very small orders of low-value spares may be combined or quoted with freight. We will tell you upfront.

Can you supply against our vendor code and PO format?

Yes. Send your vendor registration documents and PO format; we will complete registration and follow your documentation requirements.

How long are quotations valid?

Validity is stated on each quotation. Prices of some items, especially imported or metal-intensive ones, can change, so we reconfirm if the validity has lapsed.

Delivery & service area

Which locations do you serve?

Chhattisgarh (Raigarh, Korba, Bilaspur, Raipur, Janjgir-Champa) and Odisha (Jharsuguda, Sambalpur, Rourkela, Angul, Talcher, Barabil, Keonjhar, Bhubaneswar).

What is the delivery time?

Lead time depends on the item and quantity and is stated on the quotation. Stock items move quickly, while engineered systems and made-to-order parts take longer.

How are goods dispatched?

By transporter, courier or our own arrangement depending on size and location. Freight terms are shown on the quotation.

What should I do if goods arrive damaged?

Note the damage on the delivery document, take photos and inform us within the reporting window given in our return and refund policy. We will take it up with the transporter and arrange a resolution.

Can you deliver directly to the plant site?

Yes, we can deliver to site or to your stores. Share the gate pass, entry and unloading requirements in advance.

Installation & support

Do you install the systems you supply?

We provide installation guidance and commissioning support for systems such as dust suppression, misting, pumps and panels. The exact scope of on-site work is agreed in the quotation.

Will you provide drawings and manuals?

Layout sketches for systems and manufacturer documentation for products are shared with the supply. Ask for any specific documents you need at the quotation stage.

What warranty do products carry?

Warranty follows the manufacturer's terms for each product and is mentioned in the quotation. We coordinate warranty claims on your behalf.

Can you train our maintenance team?

Yes, a short handover covering operation, cleaning and routine checks can be arranged at commissioning.

How do I order spares later?

Send the original invoice reference or a nameplate photo. Keeping a small stock of critical spares such as nozzle tips and seals is a good idea for remote sites.

Spraying & dust control

Cannon, fixed nozzles or dry fog: which do I need?

Cannons suit large open areas like stockpiles and haul roads. Fixed spray nozzles suit conveyors and transfer points, and dry fog from air atomizing nozzles suits enclosed areas where material must stay dry.

How far does a dust-suppression cannon throw?

Depending on the model, pressure and wind, cannons typically throw about 30 to 80 metres. We size the model to the area you need to cover.

Will spraying make our material too wet?

Not if the system is sized correctly. Fine mist and fog use far less water than coarse sprays, which keeps moisture addition low.

Why do our nozzles keep clogging?

Usually dirty or recycled water and missing or blocked strainers. Line filters, the right orifice size and periodic cleaning solve most clogging problems.

Which nozzle material should we use?

Brass works for clean water and general use, stainless steel for most industrial duties, and hardened or ceramic tips for abrasive slurries. Tell us the fluid and we will recommend.

What information do you need to design a dust suppression system?

Layout or photos of the area, dust source, material, conveyor width or area size, water source and pressure, power availability and whether the area is enclosed.

Pumps & water

How do I select the right pump?

We need the required flow, total head or pressure, fluid type, temperature, suction conditions and power supply. Send the existing pump nameplate if you are replacing one.

What are high-pressure plunger pumps used for?

Sewer and drain jetting, hydro testing of pipes and vessels, industrial cleaning and UHP fire fighting. Ratings in our range go up to about 3000 psi, with flows from about 14 to 445 lpm depending on model.

Do you supply submersible and borewell pumps?

Yes, for borewells, dewatering and water supply. Share the bore diameter, depth, water level and required discharge.

What is a hydro-pneumatic booster system?

A set of pumps with a pressure tank and controls that maintains steady water pressure in buildings and plant lines, running pumps only as needed.

How much water can water-saving nozzles save?

Savings depend on the existing flow and usage. Aerators and flow regulators reduce flow at the tap while keeping a usable stream; we can suggest flow ratings suited to washrooms, canteens and process taps.

Automation & instruments

Which PLC and VFD brands do you supply?

We supply makes including ABB, Siemens, Delta, Schneider, Mitsubishi, Yaskawa and Panasonic. We do not claim to be authorised dealers for these brands.

How do I size a VFD?

Match the drive to the motor's rated current and power, supply voltage and load type, such as fan, pump or constant-torque conveyor. Send the motor nameplate and application.

Can you build a control panel to our requirement?

Yes, PLC and VFD panels can be supplied to your single-line diagram or process description, with programming support as agreed.

What flow meter is right for our line?

It depends on the fluid, pipe size, flow range, accuracy needed and whether you need local display or a 4–20 mA output. Share these details and we will recommend a type.

Do you supply calibration certificates?

Where the manufacturer provides a test or calibration certificate, we pass it on with the supply. Ask at enquiry stage if a certificate is mandatory.
