Water is a growing cost and a compliance issue for plants, townships, commercial buildings and farms. Many savings come from simple devices: aerators and water-saving nozzles that reduce flow at taps and showers without users noticing a loss of performance.

Through our group brand Greenly, we supply water-saving nozzles, tap aerators and devices, and paddle wheel aerators for aquaculture and treatment ponds. We help you audit outlets, choose the right flow rates and roll out changes across sites in Chhattisgarh and Odisha.

Water savings at outlets also reduce pumping energy and load on treatment plants. For large townships and plant colonies with hundreds of outlets, small changes per tap add up to a large reduction in daily consumption.

How we help

  1. Outlet survey: count taps, showers and wash points and measure current flow.
  2. Recommend: suitable aerators, nozzles or devices for each outlet type.
  3. Supply and fit: devices supplied with adaptors to suit existing fittings.
  4. Verify savings: before-and-after flow checks to show results.

See water-saving nozzles, tap aerators and paddle wheel aerators.

For process and cleaning uses, such as wash bays and canteens, we look at whether a spray nozzle can do the same job with less water than an open hose.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers to the questions plant teams ask us most.

How much water can tap aerators save?

Savings depend on the existing flow and the aerator chosen. Replacing high-flow taps with low-flow aerators can reduce flow substantially at each outlet. We measure flow before and after so you see the actual result.

Will aerators fit our existing taps?

Most taps have a standard male or female thread at the spout. Adaptors are available for common sizes; send a photo of the tap if unsure.

Do aerators clog with hard water?

Hard or dirty water can build up scale in the mesh. Removing and rinsing the aerator periodically, or soaking it in mild descaler, keeps it working.

What size paddle wheel aerator do I need?

It depends on pond area, depth and stocking density. Share the pond details and we will suggest the number and rating of aerators.

Can you supply in bulk for a township?

Yes. We can supply in bulk with outlet-wise recommendations and, on request, help plan the roll-out.

What do you need for a quote?

The number and type of outlets, photos of typical taps and showers, water pressure if known, and for ponds the area, depth and use.
